WARRANTY

For your warranty to be in effect you must comply with the following:

• Keep the underside of your storage shed well ventilated and clear of all or any water sprinkler systems.
• Storage shed must be at the original location it was built and proper maintenance should be given.
• Owner must paint and apply acrylic caulk to the storage within the first 30 days from installation date.
• Warranty will not apply if unit is damaged by natural disaster such as a fire, flood, wind, tornado, hurricane, or other causes beyond Sheds For Less control.
• Sheds For Less is not liable for incidental damages.
• Sheds for Less does not cover cracking, peeling, or pitting of concrete, regardless of when it occurs because this is something that our company does not offer. 
• We guarantee a period of five years from day of installation that our product is free of any defective material or workmanship. Failure to comply with the warranty rules or modify the storage shed in any way, warranty will be null and void.

The leveling of your shed is important because that's what determines that your doors and windows function properly. When you choose Sheds For Less  we make sure that everything is assembled at its best and although we use quality material and we have no control on soil movement, your shed might need to be re-leveled at some point in time. Keep in mind it's not always necessary. Re-leveling is not part of our warranty, but we can provide the service  should it be needed inthe future for an additional cost.
