FAQ'S /Tips

Selecting Storage Size

One of the biggest challenges a person  faces when buying a storage shed is selecting the  size. Never underestimate your storage needs. One of the biggest regrets we tend to hear from customers is that they should have gotten a bigger shed. Don't let that be you, always consider  how much stuff you  already have.

How long does it take to build?

We build in one day unless  shed has major custom  work.

This is not a kit.

What does the price include?

Price includes labor and materials.

Customer must have an electrical outlet  within 100ft. In the event a generator must be used  a fee will be charged.

Site location and importance

You must allow  a minimum of 2' all  around, Know that  most cities require that you build 5 feet away from the fence , so please keep that in mind when selecting site.

What not to store in shed

*Pet Food -  It's the number one attractive to unwanted pests. If you plan to store  pet food make sure you store it in sealed plastic container.

*Paper -  The moisture in the air can cause damage to any paper type document such as art, photos, legal documents, certificates and other  records. If you plan to store paper in shed make sure it's sealed tight in plastic container and off the ground in the event of a  flood or to keep pests away.

* Paint - Read the manufacturer's instructions for temperature  specifications on paint containers.  Depending upon the location you  live in, certain types of paint may freeze  and get ruined. If left in  high temperatures it creates danger. Again, always store paint according to  the manufacturer's instructions.
